What is the UNLOCK programme?
Northants CEP UNLOCK programme provides a range of resources, information and opportunities through partner led activities, special projects and a new online digital platform. UNLOCK brings together the best creative opportunities and knowledge this region has to offer to help local young people unlock their potential. The CEP operates across the following six strands:
a programme of high quality creative workshops, projects and activities offered by partner organisations that can support both curriculum and enrichment learning across local schools. colleges and community groups.
a range of unique online digital insights into the creative process, including interviews with directors, musicians, visual artists, behind the scenes footage of the rehearsal process, and special projects working with leading companies across the arts sector.
local and and regional CPD opportunities, career advice surgeries, talks and opportunities for young people, teachers and artist to develop their skills across online and partner workshops, masterclasses and projects.
targeted programme of talent development across partner organisations with access to digital careers advice, Q&A’s, artist networks and projects linked to nurturing local talent and advancing career progression for young people.
support for schools to meet Artsmark criteria and develop their arts and cultural offer by providing opportunities to engage with local partner organisations, attend teacher advice surgeries and develop a local network of Artsmark schools.
